Owner, Principal Attorney
Alexandra Wilson Esq.
Alexandra Danielle Wilson is a member of the California State Bar and the Contra Costa County Bar Association. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the National Lawyers Guild (NLG) and has been an active volunteer at various bay area non-profit organizations for four years. Alexandra graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Alexandra also held positions at several immigration organizations including the Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) and a full-time semester-long internship as a policy intern in Washington, D.C. at the National Immigration Law Center (NILC). Alexandra completed a fellowship with the Immigration Center for Women and Children, and has worked with the Office of Staff Attorneys at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and with the Contra Costa County Public Defender's Office.

David Hernandez Esq.
David is a licensed member of the California State Bar. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the UC College of Law, San Francisco (Formerly UC Hastings).
As an immigration attorney, David brings an unwavering dedication to his clients. He thrives in the intricate and ever-evolving immigration landscape, where he takes pride in helping his clients share their unique stories. At Wilson Immigration, David specializes in removal defense and expert legal research and writing. David combines expertise with empathy to navigate the complexities of the immigration system.

Renata Arellano
Renata Arellano is a lawyer in Mexico, graduated from the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She has four years of experience working in non-profit organizations that support migrants and refugees, both in Mexico and the United States including most recently, HIAS.
In 2020, she had the opportunity to work in the area of U.S. immigration law, getting to coordinate the area that performed the procedures in USCIS, NVC, among others. With the knowledge of both countries, in 2022 she began her work as an immigration/humanitarian lawyer in an international NGO, called HIAS, where she supported the migrants and asylum seekers in Mexico with their immigration status, she also gave informative workshops in shelters and places of transit for people about CBP One and the asylum process in the U.S. for those people that were seeking the American dream.

Andrea Carbajal
Andrea went to school at Universidad de Cuautitlán Izcalli where she graduated with a law degree in August 2018. On our Removal Team, Andrea specializes in asylum applications and other defenses to removal, demonstrating a commitment to client success and a deep understanding of immigration processes.
Outside the office, Andrea’s love for cultural experiences shines through her passion for concerts and global travel. Her dedication to fostering positive client relationships is mirrored in her approach to embracing diverse cultures. Andy brings a wealth of legal expertise and a worldly perspective to our team, enriching our client-focused approach.

Regina excels in communicating with clients, managing appointments, and providing exemplary administrative support.
Regina's experience in Mexican and U.S. law firms, along with her background in administration and legal economics, reflects her commitment to the field.
Administrative Assistant/Billing Manager
Dayana Garcia
Dayana graduated from the Mexican University (UNIMEX) in 2013 with a degree in communication and has a specialty in administration, in addition to having several courses in finance, and effective communication, among others. Dayana primarily manages payments and payment plans for our clients as well as assists with communicating with potential and current clients. Dayana is also responsible for the management of important internal reports.
Dayana previously worked on a cruise line in customer service. Her professional administrative experience and relationship with people from various parts of the world have led her to be part of the Wilson Immigration team. Her passion and commitment are to serve people sincerely through recognition and empathy, as well as being dedicated to identifying needs. She enjoys in her free time traveling with her family and tasting the gastronomy of different cultures, she also loves nature and going out with her pets.

Grecia Quintero Garcia
Grecia holds a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation from the Polytechnic University of Sinaloa (UPSIN). In her Paralegal role, she handles various tasks, from file management to legal research and technical document drafting. She takes pride in fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Beyond work, she finds relaxation in watching TV series, visiting the cinema, reading, and sharing meals with her family. Her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction enhance our team's capabilities.
Receptionist/Administrative Law Clerk
Anamaria "Anita" Ochoa
Anita was raised in Quintana Roo, Mexico and is a former student of Mount Diablo High School, recognized as the student of the year upon graduation two years ago. In her role at Wilson Immigration, she manages various responsibilities, including processing FBI fingerprints, passport photos and FOIAs for clients.
Anita began working for Wilson Immigration several years ago as a temporary intern, quickly learning and improving her skills, earning her a full-time, permanent position upon her graduation.
Anita goes above and beyond, occasionally acting as a babysitter for clients' children, ensuring their safely and well-being.
Data manager & Technical legal assistant
Janeth Radilla
Beginning January 2024, Janeth is thrilled to embark in a new role, as Data Manager, with Wilson Immigration.
Janeth is responsible for data entry, overseeing, organizing, storing, and analyzing data for case management. She ensures that all of this is always done with the utmost security and confidentiality, and in a timely manner.
Janeth provides assistance with onboarding of new employees, training personnel in using case and practice management software and other technical areas.
Paralegal
Brenda Mejia Bailey
Brenda Mejia Bailey holds the position of paralegal at
Wilson Immigration. As a first-generation immigrant from Jalisco, Mexico, and a former DACA recipient Brenda possesses a profound understanding of the challenges faced by the immigrant community.
On our removal team Brenda specializes in removal defense
cases including asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under CAT. She has four years of experience working in immigration law. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Brenda ensures seamless communication with clients, offering comprehensive guidance tailored to their needs and circumstances.
Outside of work, Brenda enjoys spending time with her family,
concerts, cooking and creative arts.
